Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Policy Welcome to Slay with Love our online booking system! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please review our booking policies: Appointment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once you book an appointment. Please review the details and contact us if any changes are needed. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This ensures you receive the full service time. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients.
